Our Team
Stephen Altman
Stephen qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co in 1988. He has over 20 years experience in corporate finance having worked at BNP Paribas, PWC and Deloitte & Touche. Stephen’s experience includes a public-to-private takeover, management buy-outs and buy-ins, company sales, acquisitions and development capital fundraising.
Max Weil
Max qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Before joining NWCF he worked at a family office where he worked on originating, managing and executing private equity investments into growth stage companies. He also has experience in advisory work that has ranged from small private fundraises to IPO advice.
