We prepare a valuation of the target objectively and professionally, taking into account the financial and commercial benefits to be gained and recommend the most suitable structure and funding for the transaction. Together with the client we then endeavour to negotiate the most advantageous possible purchase price and if agreed with the target, obtain a period of exclusivity within which to confirm our valuation and understanding of the target. We will subsequently, proactively project manage the transaction to legal completion and as appropriate liaise with our client’s other professional advisers.
